The free teardown

• It's free, it's yours to keep, and requesting it obligates you to nothing.
• Findings are our professional opinion based on public information about your site and advertising; dollar figures are clearly-labeled estimates, not guarantees.

The retainer

• Month to month at the price published on our site. Cancel anytime — no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Quarterly prepay discounts apply as published.
• We ship changes to your site only with access you grant, and you can revoke that access at any moment.
• Every change we make is logged and reversible; we measure results against your own baseline and report them honestly, including when something didn't work.

What we promise — and don't

• We promise professional work, honest measurement, and plain-English reporting on the published schedule.
• We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or conversion outcomes — anyone who does is selling you something else.
• Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Your side

• You own your site, accounts, and data — we touch them only as your service provider.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of information you give us and for rights to the assets on your own site.
• Invoices are due on the published terms; fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Housekeeping

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. If a formal master services agreement is signed between us, it supersedes this page. We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above.
